Aquatica is home to four Commerson's Dolphins!
These adorable black and white dolphins came to Aquatica from SeaWorld San Diego. In the wild, Commerson's Dolphins are found in shallow waters along th southernmost tip of South America and around the Kerguelen Islands in the Indian Ocean. Aquatica and SeaWorld San Diego are the only facilities in the western hemisphere to house these unique animals.
Aquatica Hours
For the remainder of 2008, Aquatica will be open from 9:00am - 6:00pm. Please keep in mind, Aquatica will be closed for maintenance on the following days:
November 6, 10, 13, 17 and 20, 2008.
December 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18 and 22, 2008.
